Recruitment Support Officer
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Support Officer to join our dynamic recruitment firm. As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
1. Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
2. Prepare and update recruitment-related documentation, such as job descriptions, candidate profiles, and offer letters.
3. Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
4. Conduct initial screenings of candidates, reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
6. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates, contacting references provided and documenting feedback.
7. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
8. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback.
9. Coordinate and schedule recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, and represent the firm at these events as needed.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
1. Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite.
6. Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
