Tele-Sales Executive
Planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that highlight the business and brand, as well as its services. Also responsible for raising brand awareness and using the internet to attract customers and leads to the business’ website.
1. Cold calling and customer retention.
2. Stay abreast with online.
3. Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.
4. Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
5. Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
6. Meeting sales quotas.
7. Consistent customer engagement over the phone.
1. B.Sc. mass communication, business, marketing, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in internet sales, customer service, email, and social media marketing.
3. Experience with CRM software
4. Familiarity with social media platforms
5. Proven sales conversion method.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
7. Direct selling experience in software sales/solutions selling/ business development
8. Passionate about Technology / Tech Savvy
