Sales Executive
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory.
1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in assigned territories.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and distributors.
3. Keep up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry regulatory changes.
4. Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers and hospital staff.
5. Monitor sales activity, track progress, and report results to management.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related fields.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ability to analyze and interpret market data and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
