Field Sales Executive
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is seeking motivated and driven Field Sales Executives to join their team. The successful candidates will play a key role in promoting and selling their products to healthcare professionals and institutions in the assigned territory.
1. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in the assigned territory
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and institutions
4. Keep up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry and market trends, and share this information with the sales team
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
6. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities and market trends
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
1. Proven experience as a field sales executive or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
2. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, science, or business, is preferred but not required
