Sales Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their real estate sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales agents.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and industry professionals.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and increase brand awareness.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest real estate news and developments.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Must be able to travel for work.
