HR/Legal Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated HR/Legal Officer to join our HR firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients on a wide range of HR-related matters.
1. Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
2. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
3. Providing guidance on employee relations issues such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
4. Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court litigation.
1. A degree in Law and an active bar membership in good standing.
2. 1-2 years of experience practicing employment law.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
5. Passion for keeping up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations.
