Life Manager
Our client is a reputable insurance company in Lagos Island, Nigeria seeking an experienced Life Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in life insurance. The candidate should be a self-starter, proactive, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
1. Drive sales of life insurance products to meet and exceed monthly targets
2. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and referral sources
3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
4. Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition
5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience
6. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote life insurance products
7. Train and mentor junior staff members
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on life insurance
3. Strong sales and marketing skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
7. Proximity to Lagos Island is essential
