Sales Executive-Food, Beverages
Our client is a leading company that markets and manufactures superior paints and high-performance coatings for protecting and beautifying the most important assets.
We are seeking a Sales Executive with a Food-tech, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemistry background, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food and beverage production processes, as well as a proven track record of delivering results in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the food and beverage industry.
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for food and beverage products
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the FMCG industry
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that meet customer needs
5. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge, including industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes
6. Develop and deliver effective presentations to senior management, customers, and other stakeholders
7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
1. Bachelor's degree in Food-tech, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related field
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in the FMCG sector, selling food and beverage products
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of food and beverage production processes, materials science, and product development
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
6. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Willingness to travel frequently
