HR Operations
Our client is a leading company that markets and manufactures superior paints and high-performance coatings for protecting and beautifying most important assets.
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Succession Planning, as well as previous experience working in a consulting space. As an HR Operations professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR programs and initiatives to support the business objectives of the organization.
1. Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
2. Develop and execute Talent Management programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development
3. Develop and implement Succession Planning strategies to ensure the organization has a pipeline of future leaders
4. Partner with business leaders to understand HR needs and develop solutions to support business objectives
5. Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and ensure compliance
6. Manage HR metrics and reporting to provide insights and support decision-making
7. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
8. Manage HR projects and initiatives as required
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
3. Strong background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Succession Planning
4. Previous experience working in a consulting space preferred
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
9. High level of integrity and confidentiality
