Security Sales Specialist
Our client is a leading company that markets and manufactures superior paints and high-performance coatings for protecting and beautifying most important assets.
We are seeking an experienced Security Sales Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security company in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales and building relationships with customers in the security industry. As a Security Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG sector
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
4. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their security requirements
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
6. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the security industry, including trends, technologies, and competitors
7. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
8. Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security company in the FMCG sector
3. Proven track record of driving sales and building customer relationships
4. Strong knowledge of security industry products, solutions, and services
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
6. Strong negotiation and closing skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
9. High level of integrity and confidentiality
