Retail Sales Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to join their team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
5. Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team.
6. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
1. Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager in the FMCG industry or brand management/trade marketing.
2. Strong leadership and management skills
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
8. Ability to manage sales pipeline, drive performance improvement, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
9. Execution of company merchandising, displays, and presentations.
10. Candidate must be vast with market trends, partnered with high learning agility, and can take on new
challenges/responsibilities
