Sales Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
5. Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team.
6. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
1. 5 years of relevant experience (FMCG sales experience and track record are necessary).
2. Successful previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Must be able to drive the company's performance by contributing to the company's growth by meeting and exceeding expectations, as well as providing sales fundamentals within the FMCG customer environment.
4. He/she will manage and train distributor sales teams in traditional, modern trade, and E-commerce channels, as well as oversee distributors.
5. Must be very strategic, understand the market and consumers, and have prior experience driving growth.
6. Drive facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis
and stock control).
