The primary focus of the job description for a content strategist is content planning, which involves content development, curation, planning, and research. You will develop innovative ways to engage the audience online and create those engaging content types as a strategist. Reporting to the Chief Recruitment Officer- Estrada International Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for Curating and managing content that drives the company’s objectives and growth.
You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategy and reporting Analytics to the team. Ultimately, it will be your duty to ensure web content aligns with the brand and adds value to existing and prospective clients. The aim of an effective content strategy is to drive inbound traffic into the brand website and encourage the reader to take a profitable business action. 1. Creating and managing relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
2. Conducting keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content.
3. Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure adherence.
4. Managing social media marketing campaigns
5. Developing and evaluating KPIs for content strategy and marketing.6.? Collaborating with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
7. Appraising important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
8. Analyzing digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
9. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, or a similar field.
2. Experience creating strong, engaging content.
3. A portfolio of applicable outputs.
4. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
5. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
6. Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
7. Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
8. Strong listening and communication skills.
9. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
10. Basic metric analysis and visualization skills.
11. Proven graphic and IT experience is a major advantage of applicants to this role.
